Two years ago Tyson was working for a very successful engineering company in Orange County, Black and Veatch, when he was introduced into the world of Real Estate Investing.
Since then he started a full-time Real Estate Investment Company, Coastline Home Solutions, specializing primarily in negotiating and purchasing homes through short sale. His company has over a 90% success rate with any short sale they undertake.
Tyson has a knack for making money out of deals that seem impossible - if there is a way to do it, he will find it. His company has been buying and selling short sales consistently month to month for the past two years. He enjoys being able to help struggling homeowner's find solutions to difficult situations. Six months ago he moved inland from Orange County, and is really enjoying the area. In the past few months he has partnered with Justin Williams, in order to expand their real estate horizons together. Tyson has a beautiful wife and two young and wild boys. He loves to spend time with his family and friends, and snowboard as much as he can. |
